Responsibilities:

  • You will be an integral component of the company's brand-new department dedicated to digital transformation and excellence. 
  • Management of local planning processes and implementation of lifecycle strategies. 
  • Collaboration with the digital performance team to establish KPIs for distinct phases of digital life-cycle journeys.  
  • Execution of various campaigns supporting consumer acquisition, engagement, and retention. 
  • Construction of CRM journeys using our newly established consumer data platform. 
  • Planning of communication campaigns across various channels utilizing lifecycle management and CRM expertise.  
  • Coordination of campaign creation processes and staying in touch with relevant departments and campaign stakeholders.  
  • Support of tactical requests to create life-cycle customer journeys based on cross-sell opportunities or acquisition and retention goals. 
  • Keeping track and continuous adaptation of campaigns' performance and A/B testing for optimization of future activities. 
  • Identification of best practices for tactical and strategic life-cycle requests, followed by collection of relevant feedback from other members of the digital center and local market teams.  
  • Maintaining relationships with the local teams and the digital account director to ensure involvement in the crucial customer journey steps and support of their business goals. 
  • Supporting other departments by defining the requirements and functionality required to further enhance our CRM initiatives.  
  • Collecting and routinely maintaining customer data along with the appropriate stakeholders. 

Requirements for the role:

  • Familiarity with CMS tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and building customer journeys by comprehending the available data elements. 
  • Working experience with the digital realm and being able to conduct a successful campaign based on pre-defined business goals. 
  • A track record of collecting, analyzing, and extrapolating insights from consumer and company data. 
  • Understanding of briefing processes for local teams.

  • Has a keen interest in technology and is at ease using digital solutions to complete tasks.
