The company wants to assemble a high-performing workforce with world-class expertise within the newly established digital center. As a Partner Commerce Operations Specialist, you will establish, run, and improve the commerce partner services for our markets. The goal of this role is to improve the customer experience and boost product discovery across the eCommerce platforms of our partners. 

This position is available in Dublin and Chicago headquarters.

Responsibilities 

  • You will be an essential part of the new digital division created within the company to streamline and improve relationships with partners in different markets.  
  • Generation and increasing traffic to partners' product detail pages by improving CX across different content strategies. 
  • ROAS optimization for paid media on partner websites. 
  • Planning and execution of launches of new products. 
  • Close collaboration with the rapidly growing US and INTL Marketing teams to accelerate development processes. 
  • Supporting content production and syndication to increase efficiency and drive growth.  
  • Identification of opportunities for process improvement and automation between Marketing Technology and eContent Creation/Development departments. 
  • Overseeing the production of new listings, ensuring that products are arranged and merchandised efficiently and accurately. 
  • Investigating opportunities for optimization with partners and submitting suggestions to assist A/B testing and improvements. 
  • Taking regular action to drive enhanced performance, troubleshooting to reduce issues, working with the content team to enhance the customer experience and optimize trading.  
  • Maintaining effective communication with the Digital Account Director and other local teams to ensure participation in internal processes and support of their business objectives. 
     

Requirements 

  • 3 – 5 years of relevant role-related work experience (preferably using US-based eCommerce platforms). 
  • Familiarity with third party marketing tools i.e Criteo, Marin.  
  • Ability to draw insights and perform data analysis using appropriate tools (Microsoft Excel, Power BI).  
  • Experience with eCommerce and content management platforms such as Syndigo, troubleshooting and problem-solving is essential. 
  • Solid communication and organization skills; excellent time-management. 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the multi-channel, digital customer journey. 
  • Ability to educate internal parties on the ecosystem of commerce partners, best practices and navigating industry´s opportunities and challenges.
