Responsibilities  

  • Bring enthusiasm and a team-oriented approach to sales and business development, particularly within the online media industry.
  • Set up plans for monetizing both direct and programmatic display advertising channels, consistently driving year-over-year revenue growth.
  • Provide a solid working knowledge of online advertising principles, including understanding commercial relationships, media cost structures, and proficiency in utilizing campaign management technologies.
  • Nurture strong relationships with media agencies and clients. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked with clients in sectors such as automotive, insurance, and finance.
  • Leverage data analytics to craft effective advertising strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients, ensuring maximum impact and ROI.
  • Provide financial forecasting and effectively manage the financial aspects of advertising campaigns are key attributes we're looking for in potential candidates. 

 Requirements:  

  • Proficient in various digital advertising tools and platforms, with a deep understanding of market analytics.
  • Knowledgeable about ad servers, Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs), and Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), gained from experience in publishing, agency, or advertising roles.
  • Possesses a growth-oriented mindset and adept problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrates exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint/Canva and Excel.
  • Applies strategic and analytical thinking in business development and client management, taking a proactive approach.
  • Collaborative team member with a talent for identifying and capitalizing on opportunities.
  • Utilizes data and analytics tools effectively to inform strategic decision-making.
