When we Receive an Assignment

When we receive an assignment for a Data Science role, we make sure to clearly understand what the Data is being used for.

We establish if the role is about Customer Data or is it about data regarding a product for company use?

We look to ascertain what impact this role will have on the commercial team.

Also, as Data is becoming increasingly prevalent in its application, and is utilised more generally across companies, we make sure to understand if the role requires any reporting to non-technical people.

If there is a visualization tool, we ascertain to what extent the candidates will need to know about this.

We review the role in terms of skill requirements – for example, what level the candidate will need in Python or Tableau? When we present candidates for Data Science roles, we will score their abilities for quick reference.

The Process

When we receive a Data Science role, we filter our initial shortlist down to a final shortlist of one to three highly relevant candidates which we submit to our client for review within a timeframe of nine to twelve business days of the role being opened to us.

While we have a very successful placement rate on Analytics roles that are opened to us, if we are unsuccessful on the assignment, the client will not incur any fee.

We also offer to our clients the reassurance that if we are successful in placing a role, but for any reason the candidate does not work out in the first two months, we will provide a replacement at no extra charge to the client.
