- Salaries stagnate to an increase of less than 1%.
- The highest paid roles are CTO, Director of Marketing, and Head of eCommerce.
- Account Managers and SEO professionals appear to be the most in demand going into 2025 in the Irish market.
- Full-Service Agencies have slightly lower salaries, but leadership positions still earn competitive packages (e.g., Head of Client Services, €85k-€100k).
- Client-Side Digital and Product roles generally offer higher compensation, especially for experienced professionals.
- Data Analytics roles are steadily growing, with senior roles like Head of Data Analytics exceeding €90k for 5+ years of experience
