We are currently on the lookout for a Client Services Director who will take charge of overseeing all aspects of the client service department. The primary objective of this role is to ensure the delivery of exceptional service at every interaction, ultimately contributing to the achievement of the agency's goals. 

In this leadership role, you will be tasked with devising innovative strategies to elevate the standing of the Client Services team, establishing them as reliable and trusted advisors for our clients. You will play a key role in enhancing our reputation and driving increased revenue through outstanding customer service and service delivery. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Develop and communicate scalable ways of working for Client Services to support hyper-agency growth. 
  • Build strong relationships and trust with senior clients and industry leaders for new business development. 
  • Meet with clients, understand their goals, and create personalized plans to exceed expectations. 
  • Hire, manage, and mentor direct reports for superior work delivery. 
  • Establish a client-centric culture aligned with company values. 
  • Ensure Client Services team adds value, embedding in clients' challenges and industries to unlock opportunities. 
  • Create successful client onboarding, retention, and satisfaction programs. 
  • Represent the company in client meetings and events. 
  • Provide consistent reporting on vital metrics to clients. 
  • Conduct regular client satisfaction reviews to inform continuous development. 
  • Manage client budgets and align costs for optimal P+L performance. 
  • Support the growth team in responding to RFPs and lead agency pitches with compelling storytelling. 
  • Introduce new services to existing clients. 
  • Stay updated on direct agency and client competitors in the market. 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in a senior level role within an agency environment.
  • Excellent understanding of content and digital marketing. 
  • Vast expertise in devising and implementing solutions for client challenges. 
  • Demonstrates strong business acumen, overseeing client Profit and Loss. 
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in technical aspects of account management. 
  • Exceptional organizational, administrative, and project management skills, adept at handling multiple clients and projects simultaneously. 
  • Extensive background in project management, utilizing project management tools effectively. 
  • Confidently and comfortably pitches to clients at all levels. 
  • A positive and upbeat attitude aligned with the company's values and beliefs. 
  • Actively seeks ways to improve the company's bottom line. 
  • Adapts to business challenges and keeps abreast of market competitors. 
  • Ability to take ownership of projects, meeting print deadlines with a sense of urgency.
