Our client, a creative communications agency, are seeking a Sponsorship Account Manager with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in sponsorship, PR, marketing, or communications within an agency setting to join their Sponsorship team. 

In this role, you'll contribute to shaping their clients' PR, marketing, and social strategies, spearheading innovative campaigns, and influencing the future of their industry.

Responsibilities: 

  • Possess a genuine passion for sports and culture, along with self-motivation and strong interpersonal skills. Develop impactful sponsorship marketing campaigns and
  • familiarity with the Irish sponsorship landscape, ideally gained through experience in a sponsorship agency. 
  • Crafting and refining client plans, fostering robust client relationships through creativity and exceptional service delivery.  
  • Be a great communication, with meticulous attention to detail, adept at budget management, and a fervent dedication to storytelling, PR, and innovation. 
  • You should inspire your team to achieve excellence and explore new approaches while maintaining a positive and enjoyable work environment. 

Requirements: 

  • 4+ years’ experience in marketing and communications, preferably within an agency.
  • Background in sports marketing or sponsorship.
  • Culturally curious with a flair for creativity.
  • Extensive network of industry, editorial, and third-party contacts.
  • Proficiency in managing content creation, particularly for social media.
  • Passion for PR and avid consumer of media.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver under deadlines.
  • Hands-on approach to both creating and executing plans.
  • Highly organized, positive mindset, and collaborative team player.
  • Ambitious with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in business development and driving business and client growth.
