We are looking for a creative Marketing Manager who can elevate our client’s brand and reputation through storytelling, ideation, and innovation, while nurturing and inspiring their in-house creative and digital teams. The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded background in both retail and digital channels, TTL Marketing, and experience leading integrated marketing campaigns across print, broadcast, in-person events, and more.

The ideal candidate will have experience activating marketing campaigns from start to finish and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver content and campaigns on tight deadlines that drive results. You should have a keen interest in sports and fitness and be passionate about leading teams to achieve success in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop in-house creative campaigns, content, and experiences through ideation, concept development, and storytelling.
  • Establish and manage the brand’s voice and visual style for consistent and engaging communication across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with department heads and partners to enhance customer experience and maximise revenue, including nurturing relationships with brand ambassadors and partnering agencies.
  • Analyse campaigns to identify trends, provide reports, and optimise performance. Set digital marketing objectives and communicate messages to diverse audiences.
  • Implement initiatives to improve customer retention across the four business pillars.
  • Stay updated on audience preferences to ensure targeted marketing efforts, collaborating with sales teams to enhance the content strategy.
  • Research opportunities to promote content and grow marketing databases, working closely with internal teams to drive 1st party data growth.

Requirements:

  • Strong passion for creativity with experience pitching ideas that highlight a strategic and creative approach.
  • Proven B2B/B2C marketing experience in similar roles, managing tight budgets and allocating funds to results-driven media outlets.
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of overseeing both offline and digital projects with multiple deadlines.
  • Successful track record in building, leading, and managing integrated marketing campaigns and content strategies, incorporating web/digital, email, events, social media, and direct mail.
  • Self-starter with initiative and a commitment to continuous growth.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive team player with an optimistic and enthusiastic attitude, able to collaborate with and influence peers to overcome challenges.
