Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Global Brands Leadership Team to align design strategy with overarching brand objectives for global markets.
  • Spearhead innovative design initiatives to enhance brand recognition and drive growth in mature and developing markets.
  • Develop a clear, cohesive design vision that respects brand heritage while pushing forward into the future
  • Champion the Brand Distinctive Assets philosophy for consistent application across all global market
  •  Oversee the development of adaptable design systems that respect various cultural contexts while maintaining core brand identity.
  • Ensure design and brand consistency across multiple regions, balancing local nuances with global brand integrity
  • Lead collaborations with international design agencies and in-house teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.

 Requirements:

  • + 10 years of experience in design leadership, ideally within established global FMCG brands.
  • Demonstrated success in managing design strategy for brands with substantial international reach.
  • Profound insight into adapting design across diverse cultural contexts.
  • Exceptional talent in blending brand heritage with innovative design methodologies.
  • Strong leadership abilities, including guiding international design teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively conveying design concepts to varied stakeholders.
