As their new Measurement & Dashboard Lead, you will manage relationships with local marketing teams, serving as a trusted advisor on campaign setup and execution best practices. Ensure that all campaigns, test pilots, and initiatives adhere to data-driven approaches, prioritizing data over intuition. Additionally, oversee the creation of a LRB Digital Source of Truth Dashboard aligned with existing dashboards.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in local marketing planning sessions and present insights to stakeholders.
  • Define KPIs and measure performance to optimize efforts.
  • Design and develop a single source of truth digital dashboard.
  • Collaborate to create a standardized framework for evaluating campaign performance.
  • Share results and iterate strategies based on feedback.
  • Conduct test and learn pilots to refine marketing strategies.
  • Promote LRB Dashboard adoption for data-driven decisions.
  • Highlight efficiencies gained through data-driven decision-making.
  • Document outcomes and key takeaways from pilot campaigns in the LRB Learning Compendium.
  • Implement best practices for LRB digital activities.
  • Develop digital campaign planning and measurement methodologies.
  • Work with LRB media planners and business leaders.
  • Ensure proper tagging of digital activities.
  • Facilitate adoption of third-party solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing or data analytics.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Power BI.
  • Experience leading a fast-moving, explosive-growth brand.
  • Strong internal influencer with high visibility and impact.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive growth and outcomes, making sound decisions and addressing setbacks.
  • Proven track record of promoting ideas and curiosity, continually seeking input from others and challenging the status quo.
  • Ability to actively care and develop teams, creating an engaging culture and demonstrating compassion.
  • Experience in iterative business improvement within a fast-paced, high-growth organization.
  • Familiarity with product innovation and new market creation best practices within a fail-fast, learn-faster environment.
  • Proficiency in constructing cutting-edge digital tech stacks as part of a high-performance team.
