We are currently seeking a Creative Team Lead / Creative Strategist for a prestigious Digital Media Agency in Ireland.

This is a position pf responsibility within our client’s structure. The ideal candidate will work with the management team to build and enhance their creative capabilities in short-form video

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the social team in designing and pitching creative ideas to the existing client portfolio, with a strong focus on short-form video.
  • Collaborate with the social media team and clients to develop and implement long-term creative strategies that yield results.
  • Leverage your experience during the pitch process to secure new clients and expand work with current clients.
  • Lead the growth of our social creative team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and skills to deliver world-class work.
  • Provide guidance and direction to the creative teams to ensure high standards and alignment with the client's brand objectives.
  • Explore new tools, strategies, and methods to enhance creative solutions and achieve better results for client campaigns.
  • Ensure all creative work is accurately priced, adequately resourced, and delivered on time. 

Requirements:

  • +5 years of experience in creating engaging social media content, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in video and photo ideation and production, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Design, Arts, or a related field.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos. 
  • Manage all production aspects, including storyboarding, location scouting, directing, and post-productio
  • Experienced in working with influencer marketing and user-generated content.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Experience in developing social-first creative strategies and content.
  • Excellent storytelling, conceptual thinking, and visual communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing a team of creative specialists.
