We are looking for a driven and successful Data Analyst to help our client sales teams worldwide grow, meet, and exceed their business targets.

As a Data Analyst focused on supporting the Sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining data and reporting capabilities, performing in-depth analysis of sales patterns, estimating the effectiveness of monetization efforts, and providing actionable insights to both the sales teams and management.

You will contribute to key areas such as lead generation, user attribution infrastructure, and monetization solutions, playing a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding the brand’s customer base.

We need someone who is highly proficient with data infrastructure and reporting tools, understands the sales domain, and is genuinely interested in driving business outcomes.

What’s in it for you?

Great salary | High impact role | Scale up with high potential | Career growth | 100% Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Support the data infrastructure for sales: We already have a basic data infrastructure in place, including a data warehouse (Redshift), integrated sales tools, and basic sales reporting in Tableau. We expect you to adapt this infrastructure to accommodate changes, develop more advanced reports, build new integrations, and ensure the quality and accuracy of the data.
  • Regularly report on the performance of the sales teams: Help develop and track appropriate KPIs.
  • Perform deep analysis of sales data: Focus primarily on internal data but also include external data where possible. Identify patterns and provide insights regarding offers, strategy changes, lead quality, and market shifts.
  • Work directly with sales teams, management, and, when necessary, marketing/development: Visualize and explain sales metrics and insights at various levels of complexity.
  • Form hypotheses, suggest improvements, and organize testing: Collaborate with the teams to test these hypotheses and implement improvements.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in analytics/BI, ideally related to sales or marketing domains.
  • Right to work in EU
  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally with a focus on business administration, marketing, economics, or data processing (optional—can be omitted if not critical).
  • Strong technical skills: Advanced SQL, ideally Python for automating tasks; understanding of basic statistics and A/B testing; experience with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker); and the ability to work with raw data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to derive insights, form, and test hypotheses to improve business results.
  • Sales domain knowledge (familiarity with sales data and reporting, CRM systems, lead generation, and sales processes) is a significant advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal: Ability to clearly explain complex analytical concepts to different audiences, from sales agents to company management.
  • Obsession with business results: Understanding of business impact and the ability to work independently or within a team to continuously improve outcomes.
  • Fluency in English (native-level preferred). Spanish is a significant advantage; Russian would also be beneficial.
  • Experience working with B2B apps in a growth stage is also a plus.
