Our client is currently seeking a Brand and Creative Services Manager to join their dynamic Marketing team.  The company is one of Ireland’s leading law firms working with some of top domestic and international clients.  

With the primary office based in Dublin, they also have offices in Belfast, London, New York and San Francisco.

Responsibilities:

  • Continuously develop and manage the teams visual brand strategy, ensuring it aligns with the firm's overall strategy and brand goals.
  • Act as the brand custodian, ensuring consistency and high-quality visual identity across all aspects of business operations.
  • Oversee the enforcement and evolution of brand guidelines.
  • Lead and direct creative, design, and campaign strategies, ensuring cohesive visual and message alignment.
  • Oversee the full video production process, from planning and storyboarding to filming and editing.
  • Direct and implement photography art direction, ensuring visual content aligns with brand aesthetics.
  • Manage the audiovisual (AV) production suite, ensuring high-quality outputs.
  • Guide the environmental branding initiatives, particularly the integration of internal branding within new office spaces.
  • Manage the creative services team, providing clear, consistent visual direction from project initiation to completion.
  • Mentor and coach team members to adopt industry best practices and cutting-edge design methodologies, maximizing impact and efficiency.
  •  Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure alignment of creative outputs with marketing objectives.
  • Provide insights on current design trends, advising on their application within the business context 

Requirements:

  •  At least 4 years of experience in people management, leading, mentoring, and inspiring a diverse design team.
  •    Proficient in advanced design, layout, and typography, with expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, Adobe Animate).
  • Skilled in PowerPoint design, including animation, audio, video integration, and template creation, along with MS Visio and Word proficiency.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web standards.
  • Capable of advanced troubleshooting in marketing production and execution of corporate, conceptual, and architectural photography.
  • Strong abilities in storytelling, conceptual thinking, and visual communication, paired with high-standard video production skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of CMS web systems, online, and digital marketing concepts.
  •  Proven ability to direct and manage multiple projects, stakeholders, timelines, and budgets, while maintaining excellent attention to detail and communication.
  •  Experienced in working within a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
  • Adept at ensuring clarity and workflow consistency through regular reviews and meetings, and positioning the design team as strategic partners within the organization.
  • Contributes to the career development and learning of individual team members, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
