Our client, a leading name in the industry, is seeking is for a highly motivated Paid Search Manager (Data) to join their marketing team. 

The ideal candidate, will be instrumental in analyzing performance data, optimizing paid search campaigns, and helping to shape the digital marketing strategies that drive growth. This position is located in Whittan, UK.

 Responsibilities: 

  • Analyze marketing data to provide insights on customer behavior, campaign effectiveness, and overall performance.
  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Bing, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to drive maximum ROI.
  • Develop and implement SEO/SEM strategies to enhance visibility and boost digital performance.
  • Perform competitor analysis to ensure the company remains competitive in the digital marketing space.
  • Target key audiences through demographic and geographic analysis to enhance campaign results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align paid search efforts with broader marketing strategies.
  • Manage and optimize customer data to boost retention and lifetime value.
  • Deliver reports on performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement. 

Requirements: 

  • 3+ years of experience in paid search or digital marketing roles, with a strong track record in managing successful PPC campaigns.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and experience with SEO tools and SEM strategies.
  • Strong analytical abilities and the skill to convert data into meaningful insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to clearly present ideas and data to various stakeholders.
  • Self-driven and independent, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working in fast-paced industries like manufacturing is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other marketing software.
