Responsibilities: 

  • Be the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communications and ensuring their needs are met with precision.  
  • Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to develop clear, innovative briefs that solve client challenges.  
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive communications plans, including both paid and earned media strategies.  
  • Oversee project management, ensuring the timely delivery of all campaign elements, from initial idea through to final execution.  
  • Manage client budgets, timelines, and resources effectively, ensuring projects remain within scope and deliver high-quality results.  
  • Identify and collaborate with external partners such as influencers and content creators to enhance campaign success.  
  • Evaluate campaign performance against KPIs, using insights to inform future strategies and continually improve outcomes.  
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities to bring fresh ideas to the table.  
  • Support and mentor junior team members, helping them grow in their roles while maintaining high standards of work. 

Requirements:

  • A genuine interest in cultural trends and a keen understanding of what captures attention both online and offline.  
  • Previous experience in an agency environment, with a proven track record of successful client relationship management.  
  • Exceptional communication skills, particularly in written form, with the ability to create compelling narratives.  
  • Strong project management skills, with meticulous attention to detail and an eye for quality.  
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to spot opportunities and develop innovative solutions that align with client goals.  
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.  
  • A results-driven mindset with experience in setting and tracking KPIs to measure campaign success.
