 Responsibilities: 

  • Act as a key advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on both domestic and international communications efforts.  
  • Develop and implement integrated, multi-market campaigns that span earned, owned, and paid media channels.  
  • Craft and execute creative brand-building programs that align with clients' corporate objectives and enhance their reputation.  
  • Lead media relations efforts, working to secure high-profile opportunities that position C-suite executives and thought leaders.  
  • Offer expert advice on crisis management, guiding clients through sensitive issues and helping to protect their reputations.  
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative and planning partners, to leverage insights that drive impactful communications strategies.  
  • Manage large, multi-geographic client accounts, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.  
  • Oversee and mentor junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture and driving exceptional client results. 

Requirements 

  • Strong experience offering senior-level strategic counsel to management and leadership teams.  
  • Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling corporate communications and media content.  
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver integrated communications strategies across earned, owned, and paid media platforms.  
  • Experience managing multi-market, international campaigns and providing counsel to public companies.  
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and inspire high levels of performance across all client deliverables.  
  • A deep understanding of how to collaborate strategically with creative and planning teams to uncover insights that inform campaign execution.  
  • Ideally, at least five years of experience in an agency setting.
