Responsibilities: 

  • Be the primary day-to-day contact for your clients, managing all aspects of account coordination and project execution.  
  • Collaborate with clients to deeply understand their brand, audience, and ongoing campaigns, ensuring all briefs are actioned effectively and efficiently.  
  • Lead the charge on projects, driving them forward with proactive thinking and problem-solving.  
  • Maintain calm under pressure, managing client expectations and project deadlines with confidence and ease.  
  • Work closely with the creative team, providing clear briefs and ensuring the final output aligns with the client’s vision and objectives.  
  • Contribute to strategic thinking, always considering what’s best for the brand, and providing input on target market insights.  
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships through effective communication, anticipating client needs, and delivering seamless project management.  
  • Oversee the financial aspects of your accounts, including job setups, generating quotes, and keeping track of project hours and budgets.  
  • Keep an eye out for new business opportunities, both with existing clients and through new leads, and suggest creative ideas to enhance campaigns.  
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and ensuring they represent the agency professionally. 

Requirements: 

  • 2-4 years of experience in account management, marketing, or within an agency environment.  
  • Proven track record of client satisfaction, project management, and teamwork.  
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.  
  • Passion for creativity and delivering high-quality campaigns from concept to execution.  
  • Ability to stay cool under pressure and maintain a positive, can-do attitude.  
  • Keen awareness of current trends, culture, and what’s happening in the industry.  
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to convey ideas clearly.  
  • Willingness to work within a hybrid working model and flexibility to attend events outside of core hours as required.
