Responsibilities:  

  • Create and implement a robust digital marketing and branding strategy that aligns with both the agency's goals and client objectives.
  • Offer strategic leadership to the digital marketing team, ensuring the provision of top-tier services that consistently exceed client expectations.
  • Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of digital marketing experts, promoting a collaborative and results-oriented work culture.
  • Manage the execution of digital campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a high standard of quality throughout.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary contact for major accounts.
  • Gain a deep understanding of client needs, objectives, and challenges to offer strategic insights and ensure sustained client satisfaction.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities to grow the agency's client base and revenue streams.
  • Develop and present persuasive pitches and presentations to potential clients.
  • Partner closely with the leadership team to support the agency's overall growth and long-term success.
  • Work in collaboration with the events team to incorporate digital marketing and branding services into the agency's comprehensive offerings. 

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, emphasizing strategy and account management.
  • Proven success in agency settings, with a history of effective team leadership and client relationship management.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing trends, platforms, and emerging technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive new business development and broaden service offerings.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced and ever-evolving work environment.
