Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute high-impact marketing materials and integrated campaigns to effectively communicate the company's value proposition, with a focus on supporting product launches.
  • Lead the scheduling, project planning, tracking, and proofing of large-scale marketing initiatives. Oversee the performance, development, and motivation of the marketing team.
  • Conduct market research to gather customer insights, identify emerging trends, and uncover marketing opportunities.
  • Foster team growth by overseeing the development and performance of team members, ensuring high levels of motivation and effectiveness.
  • Manage all aspects of product marketing, including overseeing new product launches and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels. Manage both print and digital catalogues for various markets.
  • Supervise product photography, content creation, packaging, and development of point-of-sale materials, including displays and merchandise.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of local and international events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
  • Handle marketing administration, including stock management, distribution, and ad hoc marketing requests, while also providing support to international sales teams.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure alignment on integrated projects, ensuring cohesive messaging and strategy across digital channels.
  • Develop and manage online affiliate programs to capitalize on promotional opportunities.

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 4 years of experience managing marketing teams, projects, budgets, and working with external suppliers.
  • A third-level or postgraduate qualification in Marketing, including Digital Marketing, is essential.
  • Experience in a related field such as electrical wholesale or retail is highly advantageous.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing a diverse marketing team.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively manage relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
