We are looking for a Digital Experience Manager for one of the largest hospitality players in Ireland. 

The chosen candidate will oversee and improve the company’s digital presence across its websites and social media platforms, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience. This position involves a blend of strategy, project management, UX design, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities 

  • Define and manage the digital customer journey to ensure a consistent, positive experience across websites and social media.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital experience strategy that aligns with business goals, driving direct bookings via brand websites while boosting brand awareness and engagement on social media.
  • Lead digital projects from concept through implementation, such as website redesigns and new digital initiatives. Work with internal teams and external agencies to meet project goals, deadlines, and budgets.
  • Conduct user research and testing to guide design decisions, collaborating with developers to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Monitor digital platforms to ensure optimal functionality and performance. Use analytics tools to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to optimize the digital experience.
  • Oversee digital content management across websites and social media, ensuring alignment with the brand's voice, messaging, and goals.
  • Communicate digital initiatives, performance insights, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders. 

Requirements:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Information Technology, or a similar field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital product management, or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital channels, including websites and social media.
  • Demonstrated experience with UX/UI design principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Experience managing digital projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. 
  • Ability to think both strategically and creatively to address challenges.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., Strapi CMS).
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising is a plus.
