The successful applicant for this role will report directly to the CMO and will be responsible for driving the company's digital strategy, acquisition, and online growth.  The successful applicant will work closely with other marketing team members, agencies and department managers to maximise ROI from their many marketing initiatives. Responsibilities: 

  • Support the Marketing Manager in developing digital strategies that align with the company’s objectives, driving quality leads and conversions.
  • Create, manage, and optimise digital campaigns across various channels including SEO, PPC, email, and social media.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to consistently improve lead quality and ensure cost-efficient acquisition.
  • Provide regular reports on the performance of digital efforts using analytics tools to drive improvements.
  • Oversee website management, including SEO optimisation, UX improvement, and content strategy.
  • Manage the company’s digital presence across platforms, ensuring up-to-date listings.
  • Stay informed on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, offering innovative solutions to improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor and manage the company’s online reputation, responding to customer feedback professionally.
  • Develop and adjust targeted email workflows for segmented audiences. 

Requirements: 

  • 5+ years of experience in a mid to senior digital marketing role.
  • A marketing or business-related degree (or equivalent qualifications).
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent data analysis skills, with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex data sets.
  • Experience working with Salesforce and HubSpot is essential.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Wix Studio is a plus.
  • Proven ability to collaborate closely with internal sales teams.
  • Strong project management, communication, and organisational skills.
