We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the retail marketing efforts for one of the most well-known and respected brands in Ireland. 

You will collaborate with various teams, to drive customer engagement and sales growth. You’ll spearhead rebranding initiatives, oversee promotional events, and manage budget efficiency while ensuring our marketing strategies align with customer and business objectives

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Retail operations manager to understand the yearly and monthly objectives in line with the overall strategy.
  • Leading a team of marketing professionals.
  • Leverage in-store touchpoints to boost conversion and cross-selling.
  • Lead rebranding with continuity with the general, fresh content and increase video use.
  • Coordinating campaigns and managing the different budgets.
  • Develop logistics solutions and oversee product assortment.
  • Establish pricing strategies, oversee budget allocation, and evaluate ROI for all marketing initiatives.
  • Lead staff in CRM activities and weekly reporting of sales analytics.
  • Create websites and landing pages including meta data to improve SEO optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to create impactful Point of Sale displays and tailored promotional materials for accounts.
  • Partner with sales and retail operations to track and evaluate monthly/quarterly KPI performance for retail chain stores.
  • Guide and influence the execution of sales strategies, ensuring alignment with supplier KPIs and depletion targets. 

Requirements:  

  • 5+ years of experience working within a large luxury retail business and Retail Marketing.
  • Previous team management experience and Strong leadership of marketing teams.
  • Experience working towards KPIs with the ability to maintain relationships and build new contacts.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, responsible for using data and insight to develop and own retail marketing plans to ensure business goals are met.
  • Impeccable time management, communication, and organisational skills to ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and in line with agreed objectives from the Marketing Plan.
  • Experience with SEO and web optimization.
  • Budget management and campaign coordination skills.
