Responsibilities: 

  • Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns targeting the right audiences to drive engagement, traffic, and leads.
  • Coordinate with the global head office to align Ireland’s digital platform initiatives with international goals.
  • Utilize digital strategies to create seamless customer journeys that drive online and in-store engagement.
  • Research and identify market opportunities, developing campaigns to increase brand visibility and customer reach.
  • Oversee SEO initiatives, ensuring all digital channels adhere to SEO best practices to improve search visibility.
  • Train team members in SEO protocol and optimize web-based content across digital platforms.
  • Lead and inspire a team of digital marketing professionals, guiding them in concept development and campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with the creative team and brand managers on various marketing campaigns to ensure consistent branding.
  • Oversee digital performance metrics, analyzing and reporting trends to make data-driven adjustments.
  • Manage budgets across paid media channels, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Track and report on KPIs such as ROI and conversion metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure that all marketing practices and digital communications comply with professional standards, policies, and marketing regulations. 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 7+ years in digital marketing management and at least 3 years of experience leading a team.
  • Strong understanding of the Irish market and consumer behaviors.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Display, and Retargeting platforms; experience with reporting tools such as Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and Google Looker Studio.
  • Skilled in evaluating performance data to develop actionable insights and optimize campaign performance.
  • Proven team management skills with an ability to foster collaboration and drive results within a team environment.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce metrics and the role digital marketing plays in boosting online traffic and sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage and inspire.
  • Retail experience preferred, along with a passion for sports and customer engagement.
