Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that supports retail and e-commerce growth objectives.
  • Identify market opportunities and set clear KPIs, objectives, and success metrics to drive brand growth.
  • Champion the brand’s story, tone, and values across all channels to strengthen brand recognition and loyalty.
  • Create data-driven digital marketing strategies (social media, email, paid media, SEO/SEM) focused on customer acquisition and conversion.
  • Plan and execute product launches and promotional campaigns to maximize visibility and engagement.
  • Lead content strategy for campaigns, including product launches and seasonal promotions.
  • Oversee social media strategy and daily execution, ensuring brand alignment and optimal engagement.
  • Utilize consumer insights and performance metrics to shape and adjust marketing strategies for maximum impact.
  • Mentor and lead the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer service teams to maintain brand consistency across all channels. 

Requirements: 

  • 5+ years in marketing roles within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors, with proven success in brand building, retail engagement, and e-commerce growth.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (paid media, social media, content strategies) and e-commerce platforms.
  • Expertise in data-driven marketing, with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.
  • Exceptional project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to engage both teams and customers.
  • Analytical skills for measuring KPIs and ROI, with a data-backed approach to decision-making.
  • Commercially driven with a strategic focus on achieving results.
