Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary day-to-day contact for your clients, managing all aspects of account coordination, shooting, scripting, briefs and project execution.
  • Collaborate with clients to deeply understand their brand, audience, and ongoing campaigns, ensuring all briefs are actioned effectively and efficiently.
  • Overseeing the project timeline from initial briefing to final delivery, including the coordination and dispatch of materials to paid media channelsLead the charge on projects, driving them forward with proactive thinking and problem-solving.
  • Maintain calm under pressure, managing client expectations and project deadlines with confidence and ease.
  • Contribute to strategic thinking, always considering what’s best for the brand, and providing input on target market insights.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships through effective communication, anticipating client needs, and delivering seamless project management.
  • Keep an eye out for new business opportunities, both with existing clients and through new leads, and suggest creative ideas to enhance campaigns.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and ensuring they represent the agency professionally.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, social media marketing, or within an agency environment.
  • Proven track record of client satisfaction, project management, and teamwork.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for creativity and delivering high-quality campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Ability to stay cool under pressure and maintain a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Keen awareness of current trends, culture, and what’s happening in the industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to convey ideas clearly.
  • You must be personable, energetic, and passionate, with a strong drive to excel at all levels.
  • Willingness to work within a hybrid working model and flexibility to attend events outside of core hours as required.
