We are seeking a talented and versatile Senior Digital and Graphic Designer to join the creative team for one of the world’s best-known real estate companies. With over 100 years’ experience, they provide their clients with global coverage throughout the world. 

In this role, you will create visual assets for both digital and print channels. Collaborating closely with our Chief Operating Officer, you will manage and present design and branding across all marketing communications and business materials. This hands-on position will play a key role in graphic design, pitch design, digital design, concept development, and execution.

Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure consistent application and compliance with the brand guidelines across all aspects of the business.
  • Design, prepare, and produce pitches for new business opportunities using Adobe Suite, maintaining high-quality standards. Collaborate with teams to meet deadlines and source imagery to enhance pitch presentations.
  • Develop creative solutions for visual messaging, from initial concept to final artwork, for a variety of marketing assets and business materials, including print and digital adverts, pitch documents, infographics, press releases, marketing reports, brochures, flyers, billboards, banners, and merchandise.
  • Collaborate with external agency partners as needed.
  • Create and enhance company presentations using PowerPoint and other design software.
  • Support the growth of social media platforms by developing engaging creative content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and more.
  • Manage and update social media networks, company websites, portal content, and online communities.
  • Coordinate with the company’s global team on marketing-related queries and opportunities to share collateral. 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role; experience in the property industry is a plus but not required.
  • Passion for design with the ability to deliver creative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Adobe suite, with expertise in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Experience in producing print and web-ready artwork and desktop publishing.
  • Experience in the development and design of e-zines.
  • Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and graphic design.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook, including advanced PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
  • Ability to multi-task, manage timelines, and engage with stakeholders effectively.
  • Confident communicator and strong team player, with the ability to collaborate and engage with colleagues.
  • Proactive in looking for opportunities to contribute, innovate, and add value.
  • Demonstrate initiative and a solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Deadline-driven and able to remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong understanding of website and digital platform user experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
