Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage content calendars for social media accounts, creating engaging and tailored content for various platforms in collaboration with the design team.
  • Oversee the execution of social media campaigns, monitor audience engagement, and grow online communities through proactive interactions and responses.
  • Plan and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, ensuring they align with client goals and budgets.
  • Write compelling ad copy, coordinate the development of creative assets, and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including product launches, seasonal promotions, and interactive campaigns such as giveaways.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, benchmark competitors, and uncover growth opportunities for both the agency and its clients.
  • Create and optimize SEO-friendly content, including blogs, case studies, and website updates, to support digital campaigns and branding efforts.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring clear communication throughout project lifecycles.
  • Lead project kick-offs, manage timelines, and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver campaigns on time and within scope.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, produce detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to clients during regular follow-up meetings.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues on digital platforms and assist with updates on WordPress content management systems. 

Requirements  

  • 5+ years in digital marketing, social media management, or PPC campaign execution.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Loomly, Canva, and WordPress.
  • Analytical expertise with tools like Google Analytics or SEMrush.
  • Excellent project management using platforms such as Monday.com.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, solution-focused, and adaptable.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
