This is where you come in: as International Product Owner for Integrations you will be pivotal to driving the B2C digital capabilities and integration strategy, working with multiple product owners and cross-functional teams to roll out impactful initiatives across brands and markets.

Responsibilities: 

  • Work closely with Product Owners to understand evolving business requirements and enhance B2C digital capabilities. You will translate these needs into clear, actionable plans that can be executed effectively.
  • Develop and lead the integration strategy across multiple brands, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. This includes assessing the needs of stakeholders and communicating the value of digital initiatives.
  • Leverage your experience with integration tools and technologies such as Braze, Segment CDP, and other Martech solutions to implement robust solutions. Ensure seamless execution of B2C digital projects.
  • Collaborate with global teams, including IT, architects, and brand and market teams, to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Understand the key features and functionalities of the marketing tools and solutions, including email marketing platforms, and ensure these are aligned with business needs.
  • Lead the rollout of digital initiatives across brands and markets, handling multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Mitigate risks associated with new integration capabilities, ensuring successful deployment that aligns with the organization’s goals. 

Requirements: 

  • 5+ years of experience managing B2C digital integration projects, preferably in FMCG, beverage, or CPG industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Hands-on expertise with digital marketing and integration tools such as Braze, Segment CDP, and email marketing platforms.
  • A strong communicator, capable of translating complex technical concepts to stakeholders and product owners while ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Proven project management experience, managing multiple projects simultaneously and collaborating with  product owners in diverse areas.
  • A deep understanding of digital technology, with practical experience applying tools to meet business objectives.
  • Adaptable and proactive, thriving in fast-paced environments, managing competing priorities, and meeting deadlines with a solution-focused mindset.
