Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Develop tailored business proposals, conduct product demonstrations (online and on-site), and respond to RFIs and RFPs. Present pricing strategies and negotiate contracts effectively.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and identify opportunities for growth within the Clinical Operations environment. Establish a strong presence in assigned territories.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including the Go-to-Market and SDR teams, to execute growth strategies.
  • Analyze client challenges and propose innovative solutions to enhance product and service delivery.
  • Monitor performance metrics, prepare comprehensive reports, and present findings to senior leadership. 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven sales experience within the clinical research and life sciences industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
  • Established networks and relationships in the Clinical Operations sector.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales and business development activities.
  • Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication abilities, with confidence in presenting to executives and stakeholders.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with high energy and drive to succeed.
  • Deep understanding of the Life Sciences market and customer needs, offering innovative and tailored solutions.
