Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business goals, markets, and brand strategies to guide projects effectively.
  • Oversee and execute digital marketing strategies, ensuring they align with client objectives.
  • Provide strategic guidance on branding, content, and design initiatives.
  • Work with clients to establish clear KPIs and measurable outcomes for campaigns.
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and developers to execute marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain project timelines, budgets, and scopes of work while ensuring seamless execution.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions, ensuring ideas align with client goals.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, using insights to optimize future strategies.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and campaign results to clients.
  • Proactively address challenges and ensure a smooth workflow between all stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management or marketing, ideally within a digital or creative agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and branding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management and analytics tools such as Trello, Asana, Google Analytics, and HubSpot.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of design processes and familiarity with tools like Adobe Suite is advantageous.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to align marketing strategies with business objectives to drive measurable outcomes.

  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills to guide and motivate internal teams.
