Responsibilities:

  • Share key commercial data and business insights with your team to help track and manage project finances.
  • Ensure timely delivery of tasks, proactively communicating any delays to line managers ahead of time.
  • Build strong, professional relationships with clients and maintain open, clear communication.
  • Understand the client’s landscape and ensure all project deliverables align with their brand guidelines.
  • Contribute to creative discussions, offering valuable feedback and insights during internal reviews.
  • Assist in preparing materials for presentations, ensuring they are clear, engaging, and impactful.
  • Organize and manage internal logistics for meetings, including scheduling, room bookings, and materials preparation.
  • Track project timelines and budgets to ensure smooth execution and prevent any roadblocks.
  • Continuously stay informed about the client’s industry, audience, and competitors to adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

 
  • 3+ years of experience managing multiple accounts within an agency setting.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for creative work and the ability to contribute meaningfully to the creative process.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both internally and with clients, ensuring effective collaboration.
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines and deliverables without compromising quality.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle logistics, timelines, and project tracking efficiently.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented attitude with a keen interest in learning and development.
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships with clients and colleagues in a positive and collaborative manner.
  • Experience with managing budgets and costs, ensuring financial targets are met.
