As an Account Director, you will be responsible for overseeing major client accounts, driving commercial growth, and ensuring the successful execution of creative campaigns. You will act as a trusted partner to clients, leading strategic discussions, managing teams, and ensuring excellence in all aspects of account management.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Act as a key strategic partner to clients, understanding their business goals and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Lead and manage high-profile accounts, ensuring the delivery of exceptional work across all touchpoints.
  • Drive commercial success by developing business strategies, identifying new revenue opportunities, and optimizing budgets.
  • Oversee campaign planning, execution, and evaluation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Champion creative excellence, working closely with creative teams to develop impactful, insight-driven campaigns.
  • Lead and mentor a team, providing clear direction, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Navigate complex client challenges with strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and commercial acumen.
  • Drive new business efforts by identifying and converting opportunities for organic and external growth.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring the agency remains at the forefront of innovation and best practices. 

Requirements: 

  • +5 years' experience in a senior account management or leadership role within an agency environment.
  • Experience managing accounts in the financial, fintech or legal sectors.
  • Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with a track record of driving business growth.
  • Exceptional client management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of brand strategy, communications, and multi-channel campaign execution.
  • Passion for creativity and innovation, with the ability to champion outstanding work.
  • Experience managing complex projects, budgets, and teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership, mentorship, and team development capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
