Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage tracking solutions across various digital platforms to ensure accurate data collection.
  • Configure and optimize analytics tools to support business intelligence and decision-making.
  • Develop and manage performance measurement frameworks for marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee integration of tracking systems with CRM platforms to enhance customer journey analytics.
  • Ensure full compliance with privacy regulations, including GDPR and CCPA, through proper data governance.
  • Troubleshoot tracking and reporting discrepancies to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with marketing, development, and data teams to optimize tracking implementations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital analytics, tag management, and data tracking.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and data layer structures.
  • Experience with server-side tracking and first-party data solutions.
  • Hands-on expertise in Facebook CAPI setup and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and their integration with marketing analytics.
  • Understanding of offline conversion tracking and its impact on paid media attribution.
  • Knowledge of privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA) and experience with consent management tools.
  • Ability to debug and resolve tracking discrepancies efficiently.
  • Basic JavaScript skills to support data layer implementations and troubleshooting.
