Our client, a leading agency working with some of the world’s most innovative charities, is looking for a Digital Campaign Manager to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop, build, and optimise multi-platform digital marketing campaigns that drive meaningful engagement. 

About the Role 

As a Digital Campaign Manager, you will play a key role in implementing high-performing digital campaigns across various social channels. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will be responsible for optimising campaigns, interpreting data, and ensuring the best results for clients. Your ability to combine creativity with data-led insights will be essential to success in this role. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Plan, implement, and manage digital campaigns from inception to completion.
  • Work closely with the Head of Performance to incorporate the latest insights and recommendations.
  • Develop compelling project briefs and planning decks for clients.
  • Set up and deploy ad campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and YouTube.
  • Create landing pages on third-party platforms.
  • Build retargeting campaigns and set up tracking via Google Tag Manager.
  • Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance to drive maximum impact.
  • Update campaign creatives and adjust media budgets as needed.
  • Gather and analyse performance data, providing key insights to clients.
  • Prepare and present campaign review reports. 

About You 

  • Proven experience in setting up and managing digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong understanding of UX and email journey optimisation.
  • Previous experience in an agency environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical data into actionable insights for clients.
  • A passion for social impact and the role of digital marketing in driving engagement.
  • Experience in fundraising and the charity sector is a plus but not essential.
