We are currently working with a leading provider of educational resources to source a Marketing Lead to join their team.

About the Role 

As a Marketing Lead, you will report directly to the CEO and also support key managers. 

This role is perfect for a proactive and versatile marketer who can execute campaigns across multiple channels, create engaging content, and coordinate key marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Create and manage content for social media, email marketing, and the company website.
  • Assist in designing and producing marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and digital assets.
  • Conduct market research to analyse industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
  • Organise and coordinate events such as book launches, educational conferences, and webinars.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, teachers, and external partners.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
  • Support PR and communications efforts, including drafting press releases and liaising with media contacts. 

Requirements

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5 years of marketing experience, ideally within publishing, education, or a similar industry.
  • Strong digital marketing skills, including social media management, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, social media insights, and reporting tools.
  • Passion for education and learning.
