Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the design process for marketing and sales projects, ensuring visually compelling and cohesive brand messaging.
  • Develop high-quality visuals for campaigns, digital content, and print materials that align with the company’s brand identity.
  • Create engaging product mock-ups and conceptual visuals that highlight key benefits and user experience.
  • Design wireframes and presentation materials to support the sales team in effectively communicating the company's value proposition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless integration of design into overall marketing strategies.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, exploring innovative design approaches to enhance brand presence.
  • Bonus: Experience in video production or animation is a plus, enabling the creation of more interactive and engaging content. 

Requirements: 

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a startup or fast-paced tech environment.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in campaign visuals, branding, product-focused assets, and e-commerce design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and presentation tools like PowerPoint and Keynote. Familiarity with Figma or similar design software is a plus.
  • Understanding of web design principles, including user-centered design, responsive design, UX/UI, and email best practices.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality, on-brand designs.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with a proactive and adaptable mindset in a dynamic work setting.
