Our client, a leading digital marketing agency, is currently looking for an experienced Paid Social Media Manager to join their dynamic team on a temporary contract basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and refine paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, X, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
  • Collaborate with the organic social team to ensure a harmonious strategy that maximises engagement and brand impact.
  • Implement insights from performance data and analytics tools—including Google Analytics—to enhance campaign effectiveness and achieve key performance indicators.
  • Oversee campaign setup, tracking, and reporting with a solid understanding of attribution, ensuring accurate measurement and value delivery.
  • Work closely with internal teams and clients, particularly in sectors like entertainment and travel, to align campaigns with broader brand objectives.
  • Keep updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid social to continuously drive campaign success.
  • Utilise social media analytics tools (such as Sprout Social or Hootsuite) and ad-serving platforms (e.g., Adform) to support strategic and operational decision-making. 

Requirements:  

  • At least 3 years of end-to-end experience in paid media campaign management, ideally with exposure to large-scale clients.
  • A proven track record in formulating and executing both paid and integrated social media strategies.
  • A data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities, comfortable working with Google Analytics for tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Familiarity with major social ad platforms and industry tools, with additional experience in ad-serving platforms (e.g., Adform) viewed as an asset.
