Responsibilities: 

  • Deliver exceptional service across phone, email, live chat, social media, and review platforms (Google, Trustpilot)
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone
  • Maintain and optimise service documentation and processes for shared access
  • Identify trends in customer feedback and support data-driven improvements
  • Manage customer complaints in the CRM system and liaise with relevant teams
  • Produce regular service and review analysis reports
  • Support returns processes, ensuring smooth internal coordination
  • Assist with GDPR-compliant data collection and reporting
  • Work cross-functionally with digital marketing and technical teams
  • Support with online order inquiries, refunds, and community engagement
  • Promote positive brand sentiment through online community interaction 

Requirements: 

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, ideally in retail or lifestyle sectors
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Calm, composed, and solution-focused under pressure
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and handling customer data
  • A positive, proactive attitude and strong team spirit
  • Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with social media, reviews platforms, and customer feedback tools
  • Retail or product-based background is a plus
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
