As the new Global Customer Relationship Manager within our client’s Global Brand Team, you will spearhead relationship marketing initiatives to engage a global community for a leading beverage brand. You will work in tandem with the Digital Center of Excellence (DCoE) and local digital teams to develop rewards calendars and implement strategies that enhance consumer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Your mission is to build a dynamic community, enrich consumer experiences, and generate valuable insights while optimizing media efficiency to drive sales and organic reach.

Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with global brand leaders, local markets, and agency partners to enhance our existing brand advocacy concept, promoting active engagement and rewarding consumers and their communities.
  • Develop a robust, always-on rewards calendar with local markets to build brand equity and drive acquisition, engagement, and retention within our community, ensuring an active user base.
  • Work with global and local brand teams, content production units, agencies, and measurement teams to create and continually refine an optimized content strategy.
  • Use strong analytical skills to gain community insights and identify opportunities to improve our approaches to acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of global CRM initiatives.
  • Create compelling rewards, communications, and surprise-and-delight moments that resonate culturally and drive conversation. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in CRM/community programming for FMCG, beverage, and/or consumer brands.
  • RDirect experience working within global brand teams.
  • Experience delivering advocacy programs.
  • Strong collaboration, teamwork, and relationship-building skills across multiple levels and functions within an organization.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset, thriving in environments without a set playbook.
  • Sophisticated organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a curious mindset to excel in your craft.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Analytical, with skills in performance and budget management.
  • Proficient communicator, compelling storyteller, and fascinated by consumer behavior.
