Example of a Character Designer Job Description
INTRODUCTION:
- Company overview: Founding vision, current state of affairs, size, relevant stats.
- Role mission: Goals, team and resources to make it happen.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conceptualize and design characters that fit the project's theme, target audience, and brand identity.
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and brainstorm character ideas.
- Create sketches, illustrations, and digital renderings of characters, considering factors like personality, story, and intended emotion.
- Develop and refine character designs based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring they meet artistic and technical standards.
